New Years Day candle on DAX

While creating a price action indicator I got a weird spike on 01 January 2014. It appears there is a candle on the daily chart that has exactly the same values for open, close, high and low! Normally there are no candles for January 01 as the markets are closed. This candle messed up my indicator and I had to put in a filter to ignore any candles with no change in values. I have reported the data error via the platform.
