Need Help About “Writing the Open Orders to an External File”

    Hello,

    I need to create a ProRealCode to write the details of all open orders to a .txt file(or something else) with live update. It will keep updating the external file according to the changes on open orders.

    Could you please help or give any idea about this subject?

    Strategies and Screeners cannot do any Input/Output.

    Only indicators can input external data, with their properties.

    Thanks for your answer.

    Actually copying from ProRealTime to MT4 has the same purpose as my question. Because of it I wrote under that title.

    No, indicators can only access external data with properties (such as periods for Moving Averages, etc…), while screeners and strategies cannot!

    But all PRT tools cannot access files.

    Do not quote unless it’s difficult to reference someone’s post, because it makes topics longer and more difficult to read.

    In our case it’s just the two of us, which makes it clear who has written any post. Thank you   🙂
