Multitimeframe backtest senza updateonclose

Domanda teorica sul backtest di un TS multitimeframe senza updateonclose.

Esempio semplice: TS che va long quando il close è maggiore della media a 20 periodi sia sul timeframe di default a 5 minuti sia sul timeframe superiore ad 1 ora (senza updateonclose).

Supponiamo per semplicità che nel timeframe di default a 5 minuti il close sia sempre maggiore della media a 20. A questo punto, in realtime, se nel timeframe superiore il prezzo supera la media a 20 (durante la candela oraria) il TS entra long, anche se poi alla chiusura della candela oraria il prezzo ritorna sotto la media a 20 (con close del timeframe orario quindi sotto la media).

Domanda: il backtest storico riesce a segnalare questo trade dato che il segnale al termine della candela oraria non è più presente, oppure questa è una funzione che si può usare solo in tempo reale ma per il backtest occorre sempre utilizzare updateonclose nel timeframe superiore?

Legend

L’esecuzione dei TF avviene sempre sulla base di quello più basso, quindi ogni 5 minuti in questo caso, quindi l’incrocio viene verificato prima che l’ora chiuda.
