Multi-TF – Demo Forward Test??

    Hello PRT Support (anybody??)

    Is Multi-TF available / functioning correctly on Demo Forward Test, i.e. running a System with real time Live data, but on the Demo Platform??

    I have one in my list of live running demo strategies but it has not opened any positions yet. I will check to see if it should have done by doing a backtest.

    You could just code a quick MTF strategy on short timeframe and see if it opens a trade?

    I just ran that test on a 5 minute and 1 minute time frames and it worked just fine. Opened a trade and close a trade. You owe my demo account £2.

    ….it also works with a different code on a 1 minute and 1 second time frame. So you now owe me another £1.30 for my demo account fund.

    Thanks Vonasi, I missed your presence and humour on here over the last weekend! 🙂

    I do have a MTF System that executed two trades in Backtest but none in FwdTest over the same time period. The trades were both losers in BT anyway, so maybe IG are looking after me!! 🙂

    Least we know MTF is / should function in Demo FwdTest now after your trial.
