Moving mode formula?

Hi, is anyone able to put in prt code a moving mode?

The indicator shows the price with the highest occurence over the lookback period of the indicator.

As far as I umderstand the indicator should returns the price of when the last highest high of x periods of an indicator occurred.

I am not sure it’s the highest high, it should be the most occurring price in the lookback period.

I don’t have any visual examples, but I know it’s available on NinjaTrader7 (https://futures.io/download/ninjatrader-7/indicators/1436-download.html?view) and I discovered its use on a Excel course.
