Do You convert into Pine? So I can use this indicator on Trading View? If so, this is a Deviation indicator that basically gives you a signal that market is losing steam and potentially going to reverse…
In the event you do convert into Pine I will give you a picture/video of how it works as you stated in your instructions..

Do not double post. Ask your question only once and only in one forum. All double posts will be deleted anyway so posting the same question multiple times will just be wasting your own time and will not get you an answer any quicker. Double posting just creates confusion in the forums.

This forum only supports ProRealTime, so only conversions TO ProRealTime can be done.

You can try applying for paid services at https://www.prorealcode.com/trading-programming-services/ , but I am not sure whether it will be done.
