Missing Securities?

Hi, Im a customer with IG and have access to ProRealTime but I do have a problem. When I search for any stocks in the search box (when I want to create a list for Proscreener etc) nothing shows up except indicies, fx and commodities. Why is this? Because on IG I have access to all these stocks and I can trade them, so it feels kind of strange that I cant find them on PRT.

hm, I just realized that I have different accounts within IG and they give you different supply depending on what kind of account you are logging in from. I logged in from Turbo24 and then switched to the regular trading account and now I do find everything. However, I dont see any of my already created lists and systems. Can you move these between accounts?

You need to address PRT directly as only they can access your data and accounts.

This forum is dedicated to the ProRealTime platform, but has no ties with the ProRealTime Company.
