Missing candles (visually and stats)

Hi all,
Apologies if this is in the wrong section.
I’ve noticed on my charts that some candles are missing. I’ve attached an example image.
Now I’m aware that the movement is next to nothing, however not even a line is shown. This now means that at the end of the day the bar index count is actually less than it should be. Some charts are as low as 65 for an intraday 5minute chart on close. That is a lot of missing candles, it also means any averaging I do over this is no longer correct. I’d expect 0 volume to be without a candle, but this instance did have a few thousand volume.
Could anyone advise if this is an issue with my settings or ?
