Maximum history for ProBacktest

hi everyone,

I have a question about the history units number, what is the maximum and where I find this information in PRT documentation please ?

and also this small problem :
I’m using PRT DEMO premium (IG told me it’s the Premium version), and for exemple in the most of Euronext shares (exemple RENAULT “RNO”) with H4 TF I have only history from 2017 ? some one know why ? I called them in France and they don’t know and advice me to contact PRT,
and for other values it is worse like RUBIS “RUI” I have only from Oct/2021

Over here I have it the same.
For IB it is “normal”.

I think it is IG’s data. Not PRT’s …

With Premium, the max units is a million bars. You’ll see it in the units dropdown where it typically says 100k, 200k, 1m etc

Most people here are trading indices rather than equities, so can’t help you as to why there’s limited data for specific shares.

it’s sure it’s not PRT, and I think it’s the 2 restriction, one from IG because of IG’s Data and the second one is PRT can’t get more then 2017,

so if I want to backtest some strategy on shares with a big history what you advice me pls ?

That. The attachments in my previous post show that PRT is not the limitation.

I am afraid that does not help. I have PRT-IG Premium, and I have the same “too few” data as you have.

Can you confirm please you have the premium but No way to get more history on H4 for Euronext marcket with IG, you can try for exemple this share (LVMH “MC”),
the problem is when you use PRT from IG, even you have the Premium version so you use the IG data base, and also when I’m on my IG dashboard I can’t get before 2017 history with Euronext shares
