March 3th US-Futures not working

  I have massive problems with ProRealtime-Trading today. The US-Futures just showing a small part of the data. My order in the Eurostoxx had been executed 20 points lower and i was not able to delete it in between.

  They have to solve these problems quickly. Thats totally unacceptable. I had been lucky not to loose thousend of euros.

  I guess it’s IG that needs to be made aware?

  I think that’s IB being involved here. I know that there were big trouble with data due to high volatility (Coronavirus), but it should be solved by now?
