MA Cross Over with 2nd bar as Trigger

Hi all,
I like to code a Strategy whereby the 2nd bar of a MA cross is the Trigger for entry.
Example:
MA CrossOver on the upside, the high of the 2nd bar is the Trigger point.
When price goes above the High of this 2nd bar, Buy entry is triggered.I feel this strategy can minimise the probabilities of False Breakouts.
Any help on how the codes will look like is immensely appreciated.
