Hello,
I’m looking for people interested in putting their knowledge together in order to create one or several automated strategies. I think together you can be stronger, especially on a field such difficult as trading.
So my goal would be to have a group between 2 and 4 people who are really motivated, and can spent a lot of their spare time in the project.
If you are interested, please tell me so.
PS: I’m a professional trader, trading every day mostly on Dax and Dow Jones. I should have a pretty good understanding of what could work, and what not. I’m looking only for people with an OUTSTANDING level of coding in PRT, as my coding level is also pretty good. I speak french and english fluently.
Hey, im in.
Ask Nicolas (or someone else thats mod) about my contact deatils (mail) and send me a mail, we can take it from there. I have no kids and a job that dosnt take all day to do, so i got a bunch of time and lots of motivation.
Hey jebus,
super cool news!
Hello admins, how can I get the mail of jebus89?
Use the contact form to ask Nicolas.
Most of the moderators will be better at coding than I am but I do work as a business analyst and spend a bunch of time trading myself and optimising systems and portfolios, so perhaps I could assist with that part of the project?
hello robo,
sure!! I’m contacting you as soon as I get your email.
@Makside ça peut être intéressant ? 🙂
@makside can it be interesting?
Florian – You know the rules by now but I’ll repeat them for your benefit.
There are some simple rules that everyone using the forums is expected to follow. Your post has broken one or more of these rules.
The forum rules are as follows. I have highlighted in bold the rule/rules that you have not followed:
Post your topic in the correct forum.
ProRealTime Platform Support only platform related issues.
ProOrder only strategy topics.
ProBuilder only indicator topics.
ProScreener only screener topics
General Discussion any other topics.
Welcome New Members for new forum members to introduce themselves.
Only post in the language of the forum that you are posting in. For example English only in the English speaking forums and French only in the French speaking forums.
Always use the ‘Insert PRT Code’ button when putting code in your posts to make it easier for others to read.
Do not double post. Ask your question only once and only in one forum. All double posts will be deleted anyway so posting the same question multiple times will just be wasting your own time and will not get you an answer any quicker. Double posting just creates confusion in the forums.
Be careful when quoting others in your posts. Only use the quote option when you need to highlight a particular bit of text that you are referring to or to highlight that you are replying to a particular member if there are several involved in a conversation. Do not include large amounts of code in your quotes. Just highlight the text you want to quote and then click on ‘Quote’.
Give your topic a meaningful title. Describe your question or your subject in your title. Do not use meaningless titles such as ‘Coding Help Needed’.
Do not include personal information such as email addresses or telephone numbers in your posts. If you would like to contact another forum member directly outside of the forums then contact the forums administrator via ‘Contact Us’ and they will pass your details on to the member that you wish to contact.
Always be polite and courteous to others.
Have fun.
I have edited your post where required. Please ensure that your future posts meet these few simple forum rules. :
Hi Stefou
If you want, you can contact me
We are a team and it would be possible to work with you in order to find the best way for automatic strategies.
Hello Makside,
thx for your interest. Unfortunately, I haven’t found a code contribution from your side on the forum, so difficult for me to check if your level of experience is appropriate.
Hello Stefou
Sure, no problem. I’m not very active on the forum. I wish you to realize your projects.
Hello Stefou,
I would be happy to participate to your project.
My dev level is intermediary, but I could be candidate for Business analyst or project manager roles as I have experience as IT consultant in investment banking.
Project management is key to secure the delivery, organize the work baklogs and drive maximum value and agility to the project.
Hello Michael, thx for your interest. We have already set up a project mngt framework within our little group and so far it seems enough for the current maturity of our project. We rather still looking for a very good coder with lot of experience in algo, but profile is scarce.
Hello Stefou,
Thanks for your reply.
Experienced profiles seems not easy to find in fact, when it comes to PRT language. Nevertheless, you are in the right place in this community.
Good luck for your project!
