    Hi

I have used ProRealTime platform for the last 2 weeks demo trading with no issues at all.

But after enabling Pro RealTime in my IG Index account in order to go live, I get this message within a few minutes every time I launch the platform:

“LoadLibrary failed with error 126: the specified module could not be found.”

I have tried reinstalling it numerous times as well as clearing Java cache.

Any help would be hugely appreciated

    Thanks

    Mike

    Hello Mike,

Do you get this message within the ProRealTime platform or from your computer ?

I never saw this issue before, and a Google search points towards a graphics card issue.

To allow us to check, can you please :
    – Start ProRealTime until you get the issue
    – Go to the Help menu, then “Technical support” > “Other” > Send
    – Send me your IG account number to support[at]prorealtime.com so that I can find your technical report. Please also indicate in your email a reference to this post.

    Regards,

    Pierre

PS : if would also help if you have the possibility to make a screenhot of the error message and then post it here or send it to me via email to the address above.

OK, I’m glad to hear that updating the drivers on the graphics card solved the issue.
