Drawdown is contained @ only 7%
This strategy was specifically intended for traders with smaller accounts requiring lower margin requirements and lower drawdown.
Hello Juanj, I already noticed your strategy in the market. Here are a few quick questions. Do you get the complete code when you buy it or is it not visible? If an update is necessary, can you get it? Can the position size be freely selected? Does the strategy also work on a euro account? “Gold cash 1 €”?
Thank you for the questions! The strategy code is open and un-obfuscated, meaning you can make changes to contract size and some other risk parameters if required. The strategy does however reference an indicator for one of it’s filters which is not visible in the code itself. All updates are automatically made available when purchasing the strategy through the marketplace (which is a great feature). Regarding the gold instrument, my account only shows Gold Cash as GBP because I have a UK account but it works exactly the same for the EUR accounts.

I’d like to point a remark, stated in the vendor documentation, which is very important:
Your customers have no manipulation to benefit from your product updates, everything is automated and transparent for their platforms.
Product for automatic trading (ProOrder)
For automated trading strategies running under ProOrder, however, it is necessary to stop the strategy in the ProOrder window and redo the ordinary manipulation to launch the new updated code. At this level, there is no difference in the standard operation of the platform.
Indeed, the working codes launched under ProOrder are compiled versions that are “detached” from the platform and independent. It is therefore necessary to stop these versions and recreate them when updating an automatic trading product.

If I make updates to the code, you will receive a notification that an update is available. You then have to stop the old ‘running’ version and start the new ‘updated’ version.

In the presentation of your product on the Market Place site you recommend a starting capital of 1000 € but on the images we see that on the Backtest from November 2019 until May 2021 we have a drawdown of £ 1231.40
This suggests that the starting capital of 1000 € is not enough ?

The reason for that is because that specific backtest uses slightly larger contracts than the current live version. If you use the standard setting you can comfortably trade it with less than 1000 euros. All depends on how much capital you have available.
