Hello,
I am having trouble to visualize historical data for the pair USD / SGD on the hourly timeframe.
Contacting IG support they have confirmed I should see historical data till 2011 (in the hourly TF); but despite I have increased the selection to 50.000 units I can see data only starting from June 2019, not enough to run a meaningful back-T.
What am I doing wrong, in ProrealCode?
Many Thanks, Regards.

Hi Gaby – How would this be related to ProRealCode ? I mean, it starts just with the chart and over here this looks fine. See below. Not really 2011 (I did not do the math), but more than what you seem to get for 50K bars / 1H.

It depends on which version of PRT you are using (see screenshot)
Only premium version got 14 years of historical data.

It is true that you can look back to 2011 with a time frame of 1 hour (see screenshot), but this is with 1 M units (63,189 effectively loaded bars) and not with 50 k units.

My ProrealCode is the one linked to IG: version 11.1.
Not sure if this could be the reason for limited historical data… I will engage the IG support to ask them to check as well.
Thanks for your response, Peter & JS
