Lack of Past Data on Delta Volume Indicator

Hi, I was wondering why there is a lack of past data on my Delta Volume Indicator? I tried the Dow and Nikkei’s but it won’t go back to say 1000 units? I have the top indicator set to reset daily and the lower Delta Vol indicator set to weekly. Any ideas? Cheers,

In order to allow ProRealTime to analyze your platform, please send a technical report following these instructions:

– As soon as you encounter the issue, go to the “Help” menu on the ProRealTime toolbar.
– Please assure that the window concerned by this issue is open.
– Click on “I have a technical problem”
– Choose the category
– Select the concerned window of the impacted instrument in the drop-down menu.
– Giving as much detail as possible, explain the issue you are having in the text box.
– Click “Send report”

If you just select Volume (not Cumulative Volume as shown your screenshots) then there is volume data going back to July 2016 on DJI … see attached.

Note:
IG Volume data is volume generated by IG Clients only.
