Looks like I found a bug the way Prorealtime handles the duration of the candles, if you click on (x) minutes and write anything higher than 1440 minutes for a bar length ( for example 1500, 2000 etc ) it just display the daily bar and thats it.
Maybe its a weird question but how can I display a 2000 minutes bar ?

Its the same with all sub 1 day Timeframes when a user selects > 1 day – e.g. 30 hours – you get Daily bars.
There has to be a limit on the design of the Platform and that is one limit.
I am intrigued … why would you want 2000 minute bars??
Also when using something like 2000 minute bars they will never be the same depending upon which minute you choose as a start point for the chart. This makes testing strategies almost impossible unless you start the strategy from 2000 different start times and compare them.

Thanks for the info, yeah it makes sense …. well I am writing some kinda multi TF indicator which draws the daily and weekly candles over minutes or hour charts .
Come on guy .. is “Is this a bug or a feature ??” a good topic title explicit enough about the conversation that took place here? 👿

Better to just check that the day has changed or a new week has started and start recording open, high, low and close from that point I think.
