I would like to run strategies involving the recognition of some patterns to take Buy/Sell positions. Is there a way to run the strategy not on a single instrument but on a list of instrument or , even better, on a result of a specified screener?

Trading multiple instruments in the same automated trading strategy is not possible. Screener cannot interact with ProOrder (send trading instruction to buy or sell one of its result), but it’s a good idea for future improvement.
