Indicator for yearly high/low vs. last year high/low?

Hello, I am new in this forum, so forgive me for not knowing if this topic has already been discussed. I could not find a way to search inside the forum, the search-box took me outside to a Google-search. My problem: I want to make an indicator which show the high and low for each year + YTD visible in any given chart. If I have a monthly chart, I would like S/R-lines showing high and low for each year as an overlay, and in addition: high and low for current year to date. Does anyone know how to program this?
