  Donchian channels are nothing more than the latest highest high and lowest of the last X periods. You’ll find many codes and topics about Donchian channel by using the Search form of the navigation bar of the website.

  About adaptive moving average, it depends of what is your reference about it, because it exists a lot of different moving average that adapt their periods .. so where did you heard of it? or do you have some links to share?
