Hi there, I was wondering what causes the incomplete options chain? Please see image. As far as I know my broadband is good.

I’m not a specialist, but I think that the Greeks cannot be calculated because of incorrect set of values for that chain, so the results are N/A.
Hello Bard,
Following your request, when it is displayed n/a on the option chain it can be due to the fact that there is no liquidity on the concerned strike, in order to check I invite you to make right click on the option concerned then displayed a new chart you will be able to check the liquidity with the order book or the tick list.

Thanks @Victor, when I click on the n/a option chart where can I see the order book or tick list?
Also when I changed an options chart from Long to Short the left hand side chart didn’t change, still hasn’t changed minutes later? Had this issue many. times?
Pls see images:
Thanks.
