Il grafico non mostra più i parametri degli indicatori

    Buonasera,

    da questo pomeriggio sui grafici non appaiono più i parametri degli indicatori custom. Come è possibile farli apparire di nuovo?

    Allego questo esempio, nel grafico ho inserito due istanze dello stesso indicatore (My_Indicator) che prende tre parametri input (Parm01, Parm02, Parm03). Fino a questo pomeriggio i valori di ciascun parametro, che apparivano accanto al titolo dell’indicatore non si vedono più. Ho fatto qualche errore io? Potreste aiutarmi a farli apparire di nuovo?

    I would suggest that you send a technical report to ProRealTime by following the instructions below:

    • as soon as you encounter the issue, go to the “Help” menu on the ProRealTime toolbar
    • click on “Technical support”
    • select “Code”
    • in the “Concerned code” field, enter the name of the code related to your problem
    • give as many details as possible, explain the issue you are having in the text box and mention the name of the code you are referring to
    • click “Send report”.

     

    This will send a report containing technical information concerning your platform, which will allow the technical team of ProRealTime to run a diagnostic analysis of the issue you experienced.
