  IG released PRT v 11 in live account but looks like their launch has bug. Tried to clear browser, tried different browsers, even different computer.

  Demo v 11 loads fine. Its just the live account.

   

  Anyone having same issue. Contacted IG, and since yesterday they have done nothing to fix it. Over 2 years of testing gives such start

  I loaded mine up this morning, and it automatically switched from 10.3 to 11.

  Seeming to be a smooth transition so far.

  Liking all the new buttons.

  Will have to have a look at arrays now I guess.

  The first thing I tested… the amount of historical data that I have access to. There has been much talk about going from 100k candles to 200k candles for historical data.

  From what I’ve seen, that doesn’t seem to be the case, and I still only have 100k candles historical data.

  I have only tested v11 in demo so far and it seems that if your account is via IG then we still get very limited data. Those with PRT sponsored IG accounts get much more data – up to 1M bars.

  From IG (online chat, today) regarding the launch of PRT 11: “We don’t yet have the exact date and time of the launch”.

  ..”according to the latest news we have it may be in the 4th week of december or later”

  I confirm that the planning is the same as before, all the accounts should have migrated to v11, TODAY! 🙂
