IG Pro Real Time V11 layout issues

I have installed PRT thru IG. I experience some issues with it. Might some of you have had the same. I have it installed on a iMac 27″. In Top movers I can’t choose my own lists. And I’m missing information in predefined list. (Pic. 1) Same if I go in to ProScreener –> groups then as you see in the picture. attached I just see checkboxes. (Pic. 2) And then I have some scanning issues. As you see in the picture below I have different results from my RSI2 scanning.(Pic. 3) Then I have seen that I have created an indicator that work on all stocks except one. sounds strange? Im just checking if someone else have experience the same issues. Another question that might someone can answer really fast. Is it not possible to get lines in the charts smaller then 1px? Like text you can get -2px. Have a good weekend everyone. BR.

3 & 4: please post the codes in order to replicate and investigate on the problem.

RSI2 scanner.

indicator1 = RSI[2](close) c1 = (indicator1 <= 30) criteria = RSI[2](close) SCREENER[c1] (criteria AS "RSI2")

SCREENER[c1] (criteria AS "RSI2")

This code i use to screen for RSI2.

As indicator I use the RSI indicator (apply to close)

I will send a new report to them.

I have no difference at all on NYSE or NASDAQ lists. Are you sure you set an RSI to 2 periods on Close price on the chart? Do you have real time data for the market? What is your broker please?

Solved it with IG, something wrong with my data. But need to look in to the platform issue abit more.
