IG markets App

  Last night came an update for the IG markets upp. Since I installed the update I don’t receive any notifications to my mobile anymore although it is still activated.

  Does anybody know how to reactivate the notifications?

  Check Preferences under the account you want the Notifications on, but I would imagine that would not change with an App update?

  Are you on iphone? Check under Notification Settings/Notification Centre at the bottom Include … make sure IG is showing (may need adding after update)?

  I just tried mine and at first IG was not under Include (see above) but then it appeared when I checked a second time! Weird??

  Yes, I have an iphone. And the notifications are everywhere enable. Anyway i receive no notifications… :-S
