I haven’t had any access to my IG demo account (not just the PRT platform) since yesterday evening.
Anyone elese incurred the same issue?
Mine are all good Roberto … both SB and CFD Demo platforms PRT and IG etc.
Maybe you will get upgraded to v11?

It would have been even greater (not just when upgrading to a better system) if they had warned me/us by email or a pop-up message at login. This is another evidence that IG don’t care much about their customers.
Your Issue might be just your Account for some odd reason … see attached IG Status Page (just copied) … all supposedly is good??

Solved.
The old IG platform is frozen (the one I regularly use). The new one (I have never used it before) works fine.
Ah now you have said Old IG Platform … mine is the same … frozen / nothing appears etc.
The new IG Platform is kinda clunky for manual trading, loads moaned about it on the IG Forums to such an extent that IG closed the Forum to new posts!
Also I find that the New IG Platform is RAM hungry! I soon notice a jittery mouse and other weird stuff especially if I have the PRT Platform open also. Probably not on Saturdays, but if trading / streaming price data etc.
I don’t like it either.
I hope they are not removing the old version!
Flash – which is needed to drive the charts on the old version – is ceasing being supported on 31 Dec 20 … at least on Chrome, not sure about other browsers?
I reckon IG will pull the plug on the old platform when flash support ceases, or let the old wither and die?
Manual traders may then start using PRT (all good for manual trading) as loads hate using the new IG Platform.
Maybe IG have an ace up their sleeve … and IG will bring out a whole new Platform to include Auto-Trading also? Can’t see that happening though as it be daft to reinvent the wheel?
