Identification of an increase or decrease trend.

  Hi,
  I’m looking for an indicator or scanner that can automatically detect whether the trend on the graph is an upward or downward trend.
  Does any of you know such an indicator?

  I do not have a particular direction.
  At the base I am interested in identifying trends by highs and lows.
  Traditionally.
  But I’m looking for a reliable indicator that can do a good initial screening.
  So that from its results I can easily identify the trend.
