I have a situation here that is a little bit scary for me. Yesterday a system gave an error but instead of closing the position, as they usually do, the position stayed open. I couldn´t close the position in PRT so I closed it directly in the broker, IG.
That´s bad enough, with a position opened without system, no stop or nothing. But it´s not the first time, it has happened me very few times and as worry as it is I learned to live with it.
But this time there is a new interesting turn. The system appear as “Running” in ProOrder. It appear with an error but it didn´t go to “Not Running” section of the table as they always do with an error. The system is blocked and I cannot stop it manually or otherwise. And the worst part is that it appear with a position opened that I closed in the broker and shouldn´t be there. I don´t really know if that position is opened or not…!!

Tengo una situación aquí que me da un poco de miedo. Ayer un sistema dio error pero en lugar de cerrar la posición, como suelen hacer, la posición quedó abierta. No pude cerrar la posición en PRT así que la cerré directamente en el broker IG.
Eso ya es bastante malo, con una posición abierta sin sistema, sin stop ni nada. Pero no es la primera vez, me ha pasado muy pocas veces y por más preocupación que sea aprendí a vivir con ello.
Pero esta vez hay un nuevo giro interesante. El sistema aparece como “En ejecución” en ProOrder. Apareció con un error pero no fue a la sección “No en ejecución” de la tabla como siempre sucede con un error. El sistema está bloqueado y no puedo detenerlo manualmente ni de otra manera. Y lo peor es que aparece con una posición abierta que cerré en el broker y no debería estar ahí. ¡¡No sé realmente si esa posición está abierta o no…!!
Escribí un ticket ayer pero aún no he recibido respuesta.
Os adjunto foto porque es algo que nunca me ha pasado, un sistema con un error, corriendo con una posición y no puedo pararlo ni hacer nada al respecto.
