I can't buy a license

    Hi,

    Happy to use PRT. I think it’s really a great piece of software.

    I am trying to buy a license since last week so I contacted the Italian ProRealTime Support, Federica Parente, and she was really fast to reply me. At first.

    Last Friday, after some questions, finally, I asked to buy a license for personal usage and… no reply.

    Ok, I thought, maybe she is busy/on sick leave/I don’t know so I contacted the English support about the same topic.

    No answer again.

    Maybe I am doing something bad.

    So now I am asking here; how can I buy a license in a short amount of time?

    I hope somebody can help.

    Also, please do not refer to personal names, it is not polite and is not necessary.

    I’ve talked to her several times and she always solved my problems.

    You may contact her again, either by phone or email.

    When I subscribed to PRT I selected what I was interested in from the pricing page, then clicked on SUBSCRIBE and that’s all.

    Later I had to sign a contract and submit them my bank data for the payment.

    Sorry, I didn’t mean to be impolite, of course.

    In my case, there is a partnership between ProRealTime and the plaftform/site that gives me the trading suggestions so the usage of the normal PRT purchase page (thanks @Grahal. Appreciated) is not the best solution because I would lose that discount.

    P.s. As I wrote I already tried to recontact her some times with no result so thanks Roberto for your suggestion but I am afraid I was not clear enough.

    Could somebody from the stuff check and let me know? Italian, English is ok for contacting me (and written German, as well).

    So who is the partner? Why don’t you contact the partner?
    Is it IG? If Yes, you don’t need a license you just open and use the Platform and pay monthly as you use the Platform (Platform comes free from IG if you trade > 4 times per month!).

    I have a annual subscription.

    The partner doesn’t sell PRT licenses. The agreement is I have to mention the partner when I contact the PRT support and that should be enough. In fact, the PRT support confirmed that and I was going to buy a PRT license last week.

    Hi Fabio, you should wait for the support to come to you. There are many bank holidays this month and by the end of May, the new RGPD rules must be applied for all businesses, we are all very busy I believe… 😉

    Dear Fabio,

    following your post I checked how long it took my colleague to reply to your last email and I see that it took 1 business day (our offices are closed during the weekend).

    Even if this delay seems reasonable our aim is to keep improving our services in order to have the reduce the response time.

    To clarify, I was not complaining, I was searching for a solution as I assumed your colleague was not replying because she was out-of-office, but it seems I was wrong.

    She replied yesterday so it seems I can buy my license finally. 🙂
