    You should send a technical report through the platform with the help section menu.

    Hernan did you try the 2 x code changes I suggested? And any others you can think of?

    It has to be something very simple causing your Issue.

    It’s a pity I cant take over your screen or you do a video of what you are doing??

    I’ll read up on whether above has any security Issues.

    Any comments anyone or any suggestions re a better screen sharing App??

    Hello GraHal and Nicolas,

    After some time working with ProRealTime support team I got a fix for my issue. As I live in Argentina, ProRealTime took Arg Timezone but as Argentina Market is not supported by the app, I got the issue. Now I change the timezone to US and it’s working fine!
