It has to be something very simple causing your Issue.

After some time working with ProRealTime support team I got a fix for my issue. As I live in Argentina, ProRealTime took Arg Timezone but as Argentina Market is not supported by the app, I got the issue. Now I change the timezone to US and it’s working fine!
