I absolutely need PRT premium to verify my system

    But I am located in Australia and use IG markets.

    For some reason I cannot create a new account being based in AUS. It cannot send a verification SMS to me, and when I look for the PRT premium package there is no option to trade the XJO Australian futures index either.

    It seems from other posts that IG Australia have bought the license to use PRT complete (not premium) with their system and they allow trading of XJO.

    How can I work around this? Has anyone out there been able to use PRT premium (1M bars historical data) for the XJO through IG or any other platform?

    With IG Italy we have 200K on demo accounts and 1M on real accounts.

    Hi RG,

    Assuming you have access to the Aus futures through your PRT, would it be out of the question for me to privately send my code through and have you run a few 1m bar tests on it over several periods?

    I don’t know what else to do other than pick up a new platform that has more historical data and re-learn how to code my programs.

    I am attaching pics showing what Australian assets I am allowed to trade, on both IG (real account with 1M units) and PRT (demo account with 1M units).

    Is what you are looking for listed?

    Hi JS, firstly I went through that site when I originally made the account. It only allows Complete version.

    IG have gotten back to me and said I need to create a new PRT account using this link. https://trading.prorealtime.com/en/brokerage/cfd-forex-trading

    When I follow the link, it says that it can only offer the charting software, and doesn’t allow the account opening to progress.

     

    RG- The “indices – ASX mini” will do just fine. Is there anyway to privately reach out? Thanks.
