Huge issue with IG today

Gonna be fun trying to deal with customer service on this one!

Seemingly no open position going on but my profit/loss is going wild and 90% of my margin is spent. Tried to call for 50 minutes and no phone number is working, how nice. Tried chatting been waiting for 40 minutes until someone finally replied saying they have technical issues.. It dosnt happen often but when it does happen my GOD its nerve wrecking.. Cant wait to see how they solve this one tho.. Its also fun when DAX (which is what i opened a short on) was down -1% and is now up again to 0.75%, in other words its moving lol

The issue: i opened a short, tried to close it, didnt work. Tried to open a Long to close off my short (net off postion) and it seemingly didnt work but now all my margin was spent and the profit/loss kept moving. However in “open positions” there was no open positions going on! Tried to check the IG app, the website, there was no position open at all but my profit loss is still “active”

Edit: pausing all algos on IG for the moment.

I managed to close the trades via IG with a loss, gonna send a complaint to IG
