Please empty cache/cookies of the browser, hit CTRL+F5 and see what happens. Do you have same problem with other browsers please?

I CANNOT see Insert PRT Code button on …
1. Firefox, even after Ctrl+F5
2. Firefox Private Window (no history or cookies ever stored).
3. Chrome (never used previously with PRC website)
But I CAN see Insert PRT Code button on …
1. MS Edge (never used previously with PRC website)

Kinda strange since I can’t reproduce.
There must be an error somewhere: do the padlock is set to green in the browser bar address?

Padlock is locked on all 3 browsers and green on Firefox and Chrome, but ‘no colour’ on Edge.

I’ll leave the 3 browsers open for more investigation later, but I’m going outside in the sun to do a few jobs for 2 hours or so … you should also Nicolas 🙂
