    Dear friends, I have started to explore the possibilities of this wonderful product in more detail. Could you please tell me if there is a way to receive notifications via email when any signal is triggered? I see the option to send a chart to a list of email recipients, but is it possible to set it up so that an image is sent automatically when a certain pattern is reached? I would appreciate any help!

    We can receive an email or notification when a position opens or closes using settings on our IG Dashboard … see attached at yellow arrowhead

    We can receive an email when a condition is met using Alerts on the PRT Platform … see attached at yellow arrowhead.

    Above may only work while your PRT Platform is open … let us know your experience please?

    Thank you very much for the previous answers, but I didn’t understand how to use them. At the bottom of the file is a chart of my workspace. Could you describe the sequence of actions for me so that at least the alert gets sent to my email?
