How to Enable Order Closing Function in ProRealTime Complete Version

I am an IG customer who actively utilizes both the ProRealTime Demo and the Complete version of your platform. I have recently encountered a discrepancy between the two versions that I would appreciate your assistance in resolving.
In the ProRealTime Demo version, there is a convenient function that allows me to close all orders within the Open Positions tab (please refer to Image 1+2). However, I have noticed that this particular feature is conspicuously absent in the Complete version of the platform.

I kindly request guidance on how to activate this much-needed function in my Complete version of ProRealTime.

Hello yst206, when you mention Demo vs Complete are you referring to the real trading account for the Complete version? If so please be aware that with IG Demo is on V12 whereas the real account is still on V11 currently, so some newer features are not yet available there
