How long can ProOrder be running for?

  Hello,

  I have various strategies, all of which I run through ProOrder.  As the majority trade between 07:00 to 16:30 GMT, I tend to start them on a Monday and set them to run for 5 days, so they automatically expire on the Friday.

  However, I have a few strategies which trade around the clock, and I wanted to know for how long a strategy can run uninterrupted for in ProOrder.  Is there any concern for a memory cache clear out which a restart might resolve?

  Ideally I would like to leave them running for a 30 day period at a time, or longer if possible.

  Check the date on the bottom right hand corner of the ProOrder Autotrading window … that is how long Systems will run for on Demo.

  Demo accounts support a validity of 20  days, 99 days on real accounts.

  In both cases the day they are due to expire, or the dey before, validity can be extended for another 20 or 99 days, and so on…
