Historical data

Hi, I was previously using the 10.1 version of ProRealtime, but this has been disabled permanently. The new 10.3 is not giving me any historical data for backtesting, so for example on a 1 minute chart I could go back weeks, but now I can go no further back than a few hours. I’ve asked IG technical support about this, but they cannot help. Anyone here have any ideas about what I can do. Thanks!

How many units have you selected … 100000 is maximum.
