Having difficulty understanding/obtaining/calculating the values for the terms POINTVALUE and POINTSIZE (aka PIPVALUE and PIPSIZE) – specifically in relation to spreadbetting at IG

I am sure it is obvious but could anyone provide some examples for a specific spreadbet indice/equity etc. at IG please?
