help coding a strategy with 200 EMA and also RSI and Stochastics

    I have a system that i need to code for PRT. It involves a 200 EMA and also RSI and Stochastics. Its quite simple it just takes longs above the 200 ema and shorts when prices below the 200 EMA.

    BAsically for eg in an uptrend i look for the pull back which is measure on the RSI then I mark this level with a horizontal line. Then when prices pull back and then form a lower low on RSI but higher in price

    I then go long using the stochastic indicator which is when %k hook over %d. Really that all the is to it.

    I would really like some help building this so that I can test it on different time frames.
