Functions disappeared in PRT ?

Hi everybody,

I’m still in trail period on PRT. I previously had an older version with many functions available. Suddenly yesterday I got a new version and many functions disappeared 🙁

I don’t have Dynamic Zone Stochastic, Hichimokou etc (C.f. Screenshot). How is that ? Do you have any idea what happened ?

It seems to me that you used to have the version 11 (newest version with Ichimoku instructions) and now you are using the v10.3?! Which is the older version!

You should try to close and restart the platform from the prorealtime website, I know there were some updates today.

What version did you have and what version have you got now and what website did you use to raise the Account … IG or PRT?

My version 10.3 was updated on 13 May 20 but I can see the Dynamic Zone Stochastic … see attached.

Yes exactly I have the version 10.3 now 🙁

Ok I’ll try to close it from the website and see if that fixes the issue.
