As you probably already know, I can help you convert most MT4 (.mq4) codes to ProBuilder for ProRealTime.
Therefore, do not hesitate to formulate your conversion requests in the ProBuilder forum (this one).
Here are the simple rules that must be respected so that I can respond quickly to your request:
- open a topic for each new MT4 code conversion request: open a new conversion request topic
- one topic per indicator
- write a title containing the name of the MT4 indicator, for example: “XYZ indicator, conversion code mq4 to prorealtime“
- in the post, add the .mq4 file (no .ex4!, the compiled codes can not be read), as well as one or more screenshots of the indicator in question
(it’s always easier for me to accurately reproduce the Metatrader4 indicator if I know what it looks like!)
- add a brief description of the indicator and if possible how you use it in your trading, this could be useful to other members of our large community 🙂
Finally, I will ask you to be patient, some indicators can be converted into a few minutes and others may take several hours.

Hi,
I am looking for (detailed) trade concepts/ideas, and it seems that MT4 / MT5 has thousands of applications/trading algo’s, including many free to download (?), I will have a look what is offered for free to obtain trading concepts to implement them in PRT.
If you have IG.com as broker, you can use MT4 software for free to try applications provided, as long as you use the demo account or your account balance exceeds 5.000 pounds, otherwise they charge 50 pounds per month.
- Does anyone have experience with the trading concepts/algo’s provided at MT4 ? Are they useful ?
- Hopefully not a very open question, but what are/is the major difference between PRT and MT4 / what is the advance of PRT ?
