Forward test

Hi. I need to do some forward testing.

I use the arrow on bottom right of chart to move candle by candle but this shows the last candlestick results to the right of the candle center.

Which ruins forward testing as you can see the direction of moving averages etc as the candle plays.

Is there any way to show results up to this candle only?

Are you trying to do a kind of Forward replay?

If Yes, PRT doesn’t provide that function.

Hi,
This is currently not possible, you may however hide de price on the right of your chart ( by clicking on it you will reach the settings).

I suggested it to their team already, it might become possible in the future.

Thanks all for your replies.

I feel it should be available. This is something that ProRealTime should look into.

It would give testing strategies a strong visual perspective. And testing ideas would be very easy.

Nicolas: Could you put this through, for me, as a suggestion for improvements.
