I just thought on … if you have Stops set using the settings to the right of the Buy / Sell buttons then Force Open Disable does not work as you might expect.
Hard to explain, so try on Demo first.
Untick Stops (see attached) and Force Open Disable will work as you expect.

You would still need 2 clicks … exit 10 Short with 1st click on Buy, then enter 10 Long with 2nd click on Buy.
If you deffo need 1 click for exit (10) and enter (10) then set Auto-Qty as 20 (see attached).
Above (set to 20) then needs 1 click on Buy to exit 10 short and enter 10 Long (with ‘Force Open set to Disabled’ on the PRT Platform).
