EMA for heng seng index in demo does not work

  I found  this week my demo pgm for hengseng index with EMA(10 to 20 ) cross over always triggered wrongly when cross over did not happen. Anyone has similar problem in Demo ? How to resolve ? Any help support? It only happened this week!
