Love the input and help available on this forum.

I’ve been reading about Alexander Elder’s NH-NL Index. Does anyone using ProRealTime know how to implement it? As far as I can see it’d be a great addition to a strategy and something I’d like to try out.

If you’re not aware of it, the formula is simple:

Daily: new highs – new lows.

Weekly: sum of previous 5 daily scores.

The Elder’s NH-NL index deals with a universe of many stocks to be calculated and to be accurate. By calculating this index you can have a better view of what is actually the market behaviour of the whole stocks you include in this index.

PRT don’t support multi symbol, but it will be soon available for ProOrder.
