Drawing Not Appearing on Chart

    Hi,

    I am having a slight issue when it comes to drawing on my chart or indicator.

    I have so far been able to write on the indicator display chart but not the price action(candlestick) chart by typing the following code

    DRAWTEXT ( "DOWN TREND " ,barindex,55,dialog,bold,20) coloured ( 255,255,255 )

    However , when I have tried to draw lines or rectangle or triangles nothing seems to appear anywhere. I have used code straight out of the documentation like below

    DRAWLINE(barindex+5,high,barindex,low) coloured(153,153,0)

    Essentially I would like to draw a line when certain conditions are met. However as no visual display is appearing on the price action chart I am a bit stumped

    You should add your indicator to your price chart by clicking the spanner on the top left corner of your chart, then add the indicator of your choice.
