    You need to send in a Technical Report via Help (on the PRT Platfrom) > Help Center > I’m having a Technical Problem.

    Refer to this Topic then you not need to say as much in the Technical Report you submit.

    Please let us know any response you get?

    I have the same problem on the three day demo.
    I contacted IG this morning…now I’m waiting for an answer, as soon as I have a reply I’ll let you know.

    I sent 4 or 5 algorithms as an example….I honestly didn’t look at the ticket number.
    Now I don’t know how to see what the ticket number is

    EUR/USD Mini seem to work fine today. Will wait and see about “ghost positions”. Will update you all.

    Update on this “EUR/USD Mini seem to work fine today. Will wait and see about “ghost positions”. Will update you all.”

    Eur/Usd mini is still not fine, still same problem with insufficient funds bug.

    @Nicolas look at page 1 “06/13/2023 at 5:20 PM” and you will understand.

    50k price for 5 lot size at eur/usd mini, there are some issues.

    The algorithms continue to open and close without any sense … even 10 times in a few minutes, unfortunately they do nothing to fix the situation.

    Others open and never close again…. fortunately Live works.
