You need to send in a Technical Report via Help (on the PRT Platfrom) > Help Center > I’m having a Technical Problem.
Refer to this Topic then you not need to say as much in the Technical Report you submit.

Eur/Usd mini is still not fine, still same problem with insufficient funds bug.
@Nicolas Maybe you can inform PRT about this too?

With a demo account? Maybe an insufficient margin for your account considering your lot size?

50k price for 5 lot size at eur/usd mini, there are some issues.
The algorithms continue to open and close without any sense … even 10 times in a few minutes, unfortunately they do nothing to fix the situation.
Others open and never close again…. fortunately Live works.
