different prices IG vs PRT

hey all, apologies if this has already been covered in other threads but i am seeing a lot of price discrepancies on single name stocks between IG and PRT; see attached, i just picked out any random stock (Genomic Health Inc, DFB) and the high of 2nd october on IG is 7,096; on PRT it’s 7,494- yes that’s a 400 point difference!!! any clues as to why? is there a setting i can use to align them? thanks!! !

Are you sure you compare the same instrument? e.g. the CFD vs the real share? Have customized the trading hours somehow?

What is your broker used in your PRT platform?
