    Hi all,

    I use the “Detailed Report”, I guess that it is the name in english because I use the spanish version, for analyze my operations. But it has the limit that you can only see the 1.500 last operations done. That means I can analyze now about my last 6 months operations from a total of 4 years. I know that the rest of operations are not lost because if I filter the operations for just one instrument I can see further still with the 1500 operations but just for that instrument. I can´t see any reason for that limit and make that important tool very limited for me

    I put a ticket about this in PRT, no answer yet. So… is there any way to cancel that limit or if someone from PRT read this can they consider to quit that limit?

    Thanks

    That limit can’t be adjusted. I agree with you that it could be fine if it could be removed.

    I have just received a mail from PRT and they canceled that limit, but just in my case not for everybody. If you are interested  I guess is just a matter of asking for it.

    Several times in this forum I have said that the support in PRT had been useless for me so far. To be fair in this case I should say that they have been very useful and quite fast in response.

    Did you test / check?

    Limit of 1500 Orders shown on Detailed Report  is still there for me, both on Live and Demo Accounts.

    Yes, I have checked and IN MY CASE the limit is gone, I can see now ALL my operations. The PRT support was clear about it was canceled only for me…

    “Nuestro equipo técnico ha autorizado excepcionalmente su cuenta a poder cargar mas histórico de ordenes en su plataforma”

    “Our technical team has exceptionally authorized your account to load more order history on your platform”

    I don´t understand why they don´t quit it for everybody but that´s why I am telling you that it seems just a matter of asking for it 😉

    Hello, I suppose the reason for the limit of loading 1500 orders at a time is there to avoid putting too much of a strain on their servers, and asking for them to lift that limit seems to be a working solution on a per case basis.

    @TempusFugit
    – with your limit changed to 10000 operations (am I right ?!?) you will last 40 months. Beyond that, PRT will not extend further (I was just told).
    I am stuck on this for a couple of months and after two months of waiting for their answer (but pointing them to this topic to help you out – haha), I now will be stuck forever.

    A great tool, those Statistics, but useless because of this reason.

    @RafaelN
    – You may want to discuss this internally ? I don’t like the response I received (from 2nd line) much. And like you, support has to deal with the rules of ProRealTime SARL and bring bad news in a somehow nice fashion. So with respect :
    PRT wants to be a great platform, am I right ? So maybe change the rules ?
