Has anyone else got this problem? I also have no positions on which is highly unlikely so I believe the algos have stopped too.

EDIT: A position was just taken so Algos are running, phew!

Hi, my IG demo PRT and live PRT both work fine, so not PRT for IG down, maybe just a temp issue on IG side to connect to PRT to check status? (would be consistent with your algo still taking new positions).

I have deleted your second attachment to protect privacy of your account numbers.

Hi,
The technical team at PRT has confirmed that some IG clients do not have access to the Demo.
We have contacted IG to investigate the issue and are currently waiting for their response.

Mine works, but I had to to access the online IG platform and launch PRT from there.

It may have always been like this, but we all mostly have used the dropdowns.
It could that IG want us to be reminded more often about the IG Platform by accessing PRT via IG Platform.
